How can I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa Card, cheque, Australia Post Money Orders and electronic BankTransfer. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time, it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible timeframe.

Can I change my order?
This depends on what has been ordered, but in most cases we should change your order provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, simply telephone us on 0418 63 5537 or send us an email stating the order reference and the changes you wish to make to the order.

Satisfaction Guarantee.
Instyle Gifts provides a satisfaction guarantee on all products sold. If any product if faulty or damaged, it should be returned within 10 days, for a replacement product, refund of credit voucher. We do not refund for change of mind purchases but will provide a credit voucher.

Can I give a gift voucher to a friend?
Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any value depending on your preference. The Gift Voucher can then be posted to you or directly to your gift recipient with a personal card. Just email us the details.

Do you provide gift-wrapping and personal cards?
Every gift that you select has the option of gift wrapping paper and gift card to be sent with it. Simply enter your gift message or messages during the checkout procedure.

Do you Gift Registry for special occasions?
We can tailor a Gift Register to suit any occasion and budget. Simply email the details of your special occasion.

This depends on the type of gift ordered and where. For all Australian deliveries we use regular or express shipping via Australia Post, .

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
If Australia Post is delivering the gift and nobody is home, they will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift. If a member of our team delivers it we will ring and arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
